Q	Do you guarantee your products?
A	Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products with the following exceptions; All cookware and bakeware, as well as all leather items carry a 10 day satisfaction guarantee. All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please contact us for a return number, no merchandise credit will apply with out a return authorization number. Q	What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A	That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number by FAX or by mail. You could also choose to mail a check or money order and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive after placing my order?

We pride ourselves on FAST reliable shipping. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending upon which part of the country you live, usually within 7-12 buisness days. We will continue to process your order quickly, usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order(pending payment varification).
Allow normal delivery time.

Priority mail from the U.S.P.S. normally takes 3-4 days.
UPS ground 7-12 days depending on where you live in the country.
U.S.P.S. standard mail takes aprox. 7-12 days.
DHL or (rush) Usually takes 2-3 days.

Q.	Do your ship outside the United States? If so what are the shipping costs?
A.	Shipping Internationaly is a little different then the laws that govern the United States. We ship exclusively within the United states at this time.

Do you offer rush service? How long will it take to receive my rush order?

We offer a 1-2 day rush shipping if you need you order sent quickly. If the order is under $35.00 your cost is a flat $20.00.
If your order is over $35.00 than the rush fee is 55% of your merchandise total. Please contact Customer Service and they will let you know how to proceed with the rush service.
The order will still take 1-2 days to process. So you can expect delivery usually within 4 days of receipt of your order.

Q.	What type of payment do you accept?
A.	You can pay online with your VISA or MASTER CARD credit cards or you can choose to mail your order with a Personal check or Money order. As soon as payment is received we will ship your order.

	WE WANT TO KEEP YOUR COST DOWN. We pride ourselves on good quality merchandise at a Great price. In order to do that and still be in buisness please understand that payment must be received before merchandise is shipped. We don't offer gift wrapping due to the extra costs and time involved.

	We use UPS GROUND SERVICE for both residential and commercial service. All shipping addresses with a P.O. boxes will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Parcel Post.
