SWAP MEETS- A FUN WAY TO MAKE MONEY ON THE WEEKENDS (MAYBE ENOUGH TO LAST ALL WEEK)!
Looking for a way to make extra money, meet lots of interesting people, spend quaility time with your family, enjoy the great outdoors....and do it all without missing a day of work.
You may be able to do all of that and more as a Swap meet/flea market marketer!
You can find regularly scheduled Swap Meets, Craft Fairs, and Flea markets in cities and towns around the country. Tip: Check in the "free" papers that you find in supermarkets, convenience stores, and eating establishments as well as check with your local papers.
Next, visit a few flea-markets and observe what others are selling or more importantly, what they aren't carrying. Check to see what other vendors are charging.
Reserve a table or a booth by contacting the meet manager, who will provide you with details about the meet. The cost of renting a space varies widely, from just a few dollars a day to much more, depending upon the meet.
Try an inexpensive yet well-attended and organized meet, so you can keep your intinal cash outlay as low as possible.
Select your merchadise. A good bet is to order at least one Swap Meet Sample kit.
Or a wholesale clearance kit. Make sure that you also have plenty of Brochures or New arrival fliers on hand to help promote further sales.
