GIFT ITEMS
We accept returns on every item we sell (un-used and in resale condition) in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. You may request a credit, exchange or a refund. Please contact us for return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Please understand that we don't refund shipping and handling charges on any returned items.
You must contact us within the stated 30 day warranty period to receive full refund, merchandise that is received after warranty period is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please understand that we can not make any credit adjustment or replacement on any unauthorized returns.
Wholesale merchandise Items purchased wholesale for resale purposes carry a 30 day initial satisfaction guarantee. We carry quality merchandise and if for any reason your not happy with the merchandise you may return it for credit, replacement or a refund. Any merchandise being returned must have a Return Authorization number.

SHIPPING POLICY
Holding the Line on Shipping Rates
You may have heard about shipping rates going up throughout the industry. Most major carriers have increased their fuel surcharges, meanwhile we are doing are best to keep your costs down.
We will continue to use UPS Ground service for all orders inside the continental United States. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box will need to use U.S.P.S.
We ship exclusively to the U.S.A., orders being shipped outside the continental U.S.A. such as: Guam, AA, AP, HI etc. will be shipped by airmail.
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we may use U.S.P.S standard mail to ship your package depending upon the specific merchandise and which is more economical.
We will continue to process your order quickly, usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order(pending payment varification). Allow normal delivery time. UPS ground 7-10 days depending on where you live in the country. U.S.P.S. standard mail takes aprox. 7-10 days. (does not include holidays and weekends)
Shipping to another address?
We offer a convenient "Bill to" and "ship to" message on your order form. We ship any where in the contentinal United states for the same low price.
